The place was new with new furniture and everything clean. But I really fell in love with the staff. All of them were really kind and helpful. A very lovely guest house. Our room was equipped with a kitchenette, all new appliances, a sparkling clean bathroom, and a super comfy bed. We had a sweet little balcony area as well. Close to lots of eateries, Saigon River, Walking Street, etc. Hosts were lovely and helpful (you will need google translate at times), I would definitely stay here again and can highly recommend it.
