They went above and beyond in every possible way - proactively offering help, arranging courtesy tickets to the cable car without us even asking, and anticipating our needs before we knew them ourselves. When we accidentally left behind a valuable item, they didn’t just find it, they personally ensured it was returned to us safely. Truly remarkable service. Location? You can’t beat it. Right in the heart of Sunset Town, directly across from the cable car, everything is just a short walk away. The hotel itself is spotless, beautifully clean, and brand new. The Japanese-inspired design is elegant, peaceful, and perfectly executed in every detail. What more could you ask for? Amazing staff, unbeatable location, stunning design, and perfect hospitality. A true 10/10 from our entire family. We’ll definitely be back.

Check-in/ check-out process was seamless. Host even gone extra mile to confirm the arrangement for my airport transfer. Communication was straight forward & easy. Everything was flawless Location was also on point. Just a walking distance to groceries, coffee, halal restaurance, cable car, kiss bridge and everything at sunset town. Everything was just right in front of your nose. Apartment was really a darling. Everything was spotless. Kitchen functioning. Bed & pillows was so confortable. Everything was amazing! Large bedroom, fantastic common areas. Breakfast was really good and complete! The beach is really nice and the bar as very good drinks and food. I forgot my tablet and watch in the room, and they were amazing in the process of sending it to Ho Cho Minh, they even paid for the shipment. I really appreciate the effort!

Welcome to Lamark University! Amazing and unique hotel with a university theme in which all customers are considered as students. When we arrived at the hotel, it felt as if we had been transported to another time and place. The staff was kind and communicative, and they assisted me with planning a surprise birthday celebration for my wife, including room decorations and dinner. The hotel room was spacious, well designed, and well-equipped with everything we needed to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The pools are stunning, especially the main one in the shape of a pearl. There was a wide selection of breakfast options available, as well as a live cooking station. Overall, this was one of the best hotels I've been to.

This resort is amazing, we loved it here, it was the best place we stayed in Vietnam. the staff were amazing, so helpful and accommodating. The beds at the resort were the most comfortable beds we slept in, the bathrooms are huge and the room size was great. The air con worked very efficiently.
