Very comfortable and pleasant hotel in a convenient location. Very good breakfast with many options, and the coffee was excellent. Best of all, the entire staff was highly professional, friendly, and responsive. We wish we could have booked a room on our way back through El Calafate for the night before our flight to Buenos Aires. Sadly, we are stuck in another accommodation across town which just doesn’t compare with the Patagonia Queen Hotel. We highly recommend this wonderful hotel.

Oh my goodness, everything about our stay was perfect! Monica was a great hostess; she was so attentive to our needs, She went above and beyond to make sure we were good. She helped us as soon as we arrived at the airport and there were NO cars for us to rent because they had closed the roads (due to the high winds that day). She got right on it and helped us get a car that would get us to the cabin at least until a rental car became available. On that first day that we were stuck at the cabin, she recommended places for us to eat and get delivery. Then kept us up to date with the road closures, and gave us advice on where to go during our days there. Her animals are super friendly, the goad, the dogs, the cats. Everything in our cabin was clean and all the appliances worked perfectly. Thankful for this wonderful experience. Everyone was happy at this cabin with the amazing Lago Argentino views, away from the city but the "city" was maybe 10 mins away driving.
