Bed was super comfy, and the heat lamps in the shower, and heated towel rails were great!

The house was absolutely lovely and the surroundings were fabulous!!!! The beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom and jacuzzi were super nice.

Staff were excellent friendly and very helpful, we had dinner at the restaurant and the food was outstanding loved the steak , so very tasty and perfectly cooked, well done chef!!👍👍 The room was clean and very comfortable throughly enjoyed our stay, we will definitely be back😀

Swan Lake Guest House provides a hot tub and free private parking, and is within 600 metres of Flynns Beach and 7.3 km of Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit. The accommodation is air conditioned and is equipped with a spa bath. Guests can enjoy garden views. We arrived late afternoon and received a warm welcome from Bernadette, the hostess, who answered all our questions about the accommodation and the island. Our room was very comfortable, clean, and spacious with an updated bathroom and a very relaxing deck. The guest house was at a perfect location as it was less than one kilometer to our evening Penguin Parade booking. We enjoyed the continental breakfast which included freshly perked coffee, bread, warm croissants, sliced cheese and meat, and fresh fruit. We highly recommend Swan Lake Guest House for anyone seeking lodging on the island.
