I had a great stay at Island Alive! My ferry got cancelled the day I was supposed to arrive and I called the host letting her know, she was extremely helpful and kind and even refunded me the night I could not arrive. Would stay here again!

The property is well-designed and beautifully furnished, providing a relaxing base for a holiday on Kangaroo Island. In particular, the day bed and outdoor bath were very much enjoyed.

The kids loved watching the kangaroo that came to visit each night or early morning. We enjoyed the quietness and being in the middle of the bush, where you feel so connected to nature. The house is beautifully decorated and maintained, with a lovely costal atmosphere.

The kid's loved not sharing a tv,I loved having a full kitchen to cook in and we all enjoyed having the hot tub. Also love the style of the place and lay out plenty of space and loved the outdoor area.

Very clean, had everything including washing machine and dryer, outside line, and undercover entertaining area. There was also the use of a spa, but we didn't use it. Good location.
