The rooms and the facilities are clean and looked after. The stuff are helpful. The food is delicious. If you want to relax , this is the right place for you.

Guests can also enjoy unique Japanese massage techniques, rituals and therapies. Excellent location! Very close to bansko, and the road was clean and safe from snow. The accomodation was amazing, with everything you could ask for. The reception desk was vary helpful to whatever we need, for information, directions, a cab, and firewood. They were more than happy to help with a smile. We visited with a friend and my girlfriend and we all absolutely loved it. When I visit Bansko again for skiing. I'll definitely stay again.

The staff is nice, the hotel is child friendly, the Spa area is spacious, the breakfast was diverse, I appreciated that they serve also honeycomb.
