Also the room was quiet, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel reflected the same quiet well organized environment All the staff are so generous, friendly, and responsible. Definitely the most valuable hotel in the area.

The Ritz-Carlton, Toronto is located in the heart of Downtown Toronto, overlooking Lake Ontario and the stunning city skyline. Excellent service in general, however truly exceptional service and quality experience at Epoch - the manager Yaroslav is amazing alongside his team at the bar, Jon and Ozzy. They really went above and beyond to make special experiences happen and I will come back to this property expecially because of them. Truly WOW! And truly oustanding gentlemen.

The apartment was more than enough room for the 4 of us. Great furnishings and comfortable mattress. Well appointed. Absolutely amazing views! Amazing location within walking distance to everything! We would definitely stay again!

Great condo in prime area of downtown Toronto with a nice view of the CN Tower. The building is great with an indoor pool and gym add to it that the host was very responsive and helpful. Definitely I will stay there again :)

The apartment was great, super comfortable, very spacious and clean, and with an office space that I used. The views are amazing, the location is perfect, really close to the College subway station and lots of attractions, restaurants and a supermarket and pharmacy within walking distance in a safe area. Check in and check out was easy and convenient, and the concierge staff was helpful and friendly. The host was very kind and was available for questions and ready to recommend places. I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you for opening your beautiful home to travelers.
