We had a stunning room with a jacuzzi that overlooks a breathtaking view. We had a fridge full of sweets and a cheese board, wine and champagne, fruit and everything was included in the price. The best hotel we had in Switzerland!!!

It's right above the castle gate, with windows on 3 sides, but since the walls are 70cm thick and made of stone, it's very well insulated from noise. The conveniences/electrical system were slightly constrained by the fact that we were surrounded by thick stone, but they nonethless did a great job of making a beautiful, comfortable, and engagingly quirky room. Breakfast was also exceptional, with some of the best bread and pastry I've had in Switzerland.

It was such a thoughtful gesture that made me feel truly valued as a guest. They even gave him a little present, which was incredibly sweet and heartwarming. The spa facilities were top-notch. I thoroughly enjoyed the sauna, Hammam, and the highlight for me was the open-air bath. It was a unique and relaxing experience, allowing me to unwind while enjoying the breathtaking views.
