The Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa enjoys a privileged and picturesque location in Interlaken, between 2 beautiful lakes at the foot of the eternally snow-capped Jungfrau. Everything was just wonderful, the decor is stunning and attention to detail in all areas. All the staff were very professional and welcoming, especially the head concierge he really gave us great advice. The temperature in the room was optimum and lovely to be able to open the windows fully for fresh air .

Property is just at a stunning place with the lake and mountains view. Stayed in a suit and had the best of times and thoroughly enjoyed all of the facilities provided. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a jacuzzi and big and comfortable bed. There were two ventilators which helped immensely with the heat. The noise isolation is very good. Very good location, 5mins walk from Interlaken West train station, 10mins walk from the city center.

A special mention to Patricia, she was quite helpful in the breakfast section. What truly made our stay special, however, was the exceptional service from the staff. They were friendly, helpful, and ensured our comfort and satisfaction.
