The sun terrace on the top floor offers panoramic views over the lake and the mountains. We come to this hotel whenever we are in the Lucerne area. It is AMAZING! Love everything from the staff, to the incredible views from the balcony, the room service, the huge range of delicious foods for breakfast and the playroom for kids. Every corner of the hotel has something fun and interesting! Will always stay here!

Beautiful architecture, surrounding views across lake and mountains make this place a great retreat, yet it is very well connected to Luzern. Cuisine is exceptional and staff are wonderful. Will be returning to experience spring as well, great all year location!

The accommodation provides an ATM, a tour desk and currency exchange for guests. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, very nice and charming interior and room, great food, I loved the homemade Apfelstrudel with the homemade vanilla sauce.

This hotel has been by far the most unique and amazing experience ive ever had away from my home. The staff are world class. Views are incredible. All of the carefully designed rooms at Vitznauerhof Hotel feature LCD TVs and entertainment equipment. The bathrooms come with fluffy robes and slippers. Well, right from the word go at the reception, I knew I found the right place. First and foremost, the great, GREAT Staff who not just guest but accommodated every oddball request - including that for my favorite dessert of Crêpes Suzette :-D !!! The food was superb, the wine awesome and the Aperol Spritz out of this world! My room was phenomenal with a giant bathtub in which I soaked every morning! Overall, an awesome, awesome, otherworldly experience in paradise!

The new wellness and spa area is situated within a wonderful mountain landscape and offers an indoor pool, an indoor and outdoor whirlpool, as well as 5 different saunas and 2 steam baths and a quiet room with a splendid view. The ski pistes start directly in front of the hotel and there are many hiking and mountain biking paths nearby. A lounge with Alps views is also available. Very friendly staff and the area is really beautiful. We were able to use the spa even if we checked out in the morning which was highly appreciated.

Beautiful views, wonderfully cozy chalet with everything you need and want! Centrally located, can walk to Rigibahn, restaurants, markets. The owners have gone above and beyond with comfort and style! Nastolgie Bar is a must do as well!
