This hotel is a true gem in Atacama. Located just 4-5 min walking from the main street, yet extremely quiet and peaceful. The property is beautiful - like an oasis in town. It’s extremely comfortable and peaceful. I was worried about no air conditioning, but the room was so cool and nice. Staff are so friendly and helpful with whatever you need. Breakfast was fantastic and varied. There is a kitchen guests can use to cook their own food - all utensils are of good quality. Free yoghurt, juice and water through the day. Would absolutely stay here again!

The property is out of the way but beautiful, the staff make it exceptional. After coming from a hostel where the staff didn’t want to help us at all, the staff here organised a taxi to come and collect us, let us check in early and even had a bottle of wine waiting in our room for us. We enjoyed the pool and the many animals wandering around. We left early in the morning to go to the salt flats and they organised a little packed breakfast to take with us and gave us hot water for tea in the morning. Bed was super comfy and the room was spotless. 1000% recommend.

The host Daniella was so helpful in booking our trips and advising us on restaurants. She also made sure to fully cater to our dairy intolerance. The best breakfast we had in our Chile trip by far, would thoroughly recommend staying here and the adjoining room was perfect with young children.

Wow! We were amazed on an arrival (thank you Chris you star) to departure! The staff were all amazing, I wish I could name everyone individually but they were so helpful, thoughtful and attentive, truly 6* service. The food and drink were of an incredible high standard and great variety and choice. The Knowledgeable guides (Gaspar and team) made our trip with the remarkable excursions.
