He respectfully helped purchase and guide my itinerary as a local who knew how far away the sites were, time it takes to get there, and how much time to spend in the parks themselves. This stay is PERFECT for relaxing, enjoying peace, eating a tasty Hunan breakfast spread, and branching out. If you are looking for a stay around the area, the host and his family are genuine and truly know hospitality. Highly recommend.

The accommodation offers a hot tub. We were very well received by the couple who run the hotel. They picked us up and took us to the airport and to the station to Tiamen. They changed our room to a larger one, washed our clothes on the last day, and helped us with all our tours and itineraries, always serving us very patiently and at no additional cost. The breakfast was very well prepared, with fruits, toast and eggs and Chinese noodles. Our room was very comfortable, spacious, with very good towels and bedding, the air conditioning worked perfectly and the shower was great with plenty of water. The room also had a hair dryer and all the necessary amenities, including insect repellent. We highly recommend this hotel, especially because treatment like this family is impossible to have in a hotel chain. Rating 10 out of 10.

Even helped me find so really good typical restaurants! Thank you so very much! I couldn't do it without you! I'm just so sorry i could not say goodbye personally!

What truly stood out was the proactive service—they contacted us pre-arrival to coordinate luggage storage and secured park tickets during peak season. The FengHuang Kasen Waterloom Keep's grounds are lovely and breakfast was fantastic. The real standout was their service: arranged a hotel car to collect us from the station and provided dedicated transfers to the local sights. Staff called right after booking to organise our travel and even helped plan our itinerary - extremely professional and helpful. Proper job, highly recommend!
