It is a high-quality hotel with very spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and a beautiful bathroom. While the view wasn’t particularly impressive, the room provided everything I needed. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety and great taste. What impressed me the most, how's, was the staff. They were extremely kind and accommodating, even allowing us a complimentary three-hour late check-out when they realized we needed extra time. This hotel truly saved our trip, turning what could have been a disappointing city visit into a wonderful experience. I highly recommend it!

The Ritz-Carlton, Chengdu Spa also features a modern fitness centre with the latest cardiovascular equipment, an indoor swimming pool with underwater music, a dedicated yoga studio, sauna and steam facilities, jade relaxation beds and indulgent vitality pools. Staying at the Ritz while visiting Chengdu was probably the best hotel decision we could have taken. It is well known that this hotel has impeccable service, great locations and offers a luxury experience and we were not disappointed. All the staff member spoke very good English. We were very nicely greeted and the staff was very friendly, open and talkative. The breakfast has a big variety of western and chinese cuisine. The Ritz is right at the center of Chengdu which made getting to different places easy. The room was spacious and very comfortable even for three people in one room. After we checked out we found out our flight was canceled and one staff member sat down with us and helped us sort everything out. As non Chinese speakers we relied on help and she called the airline for us and explained to us, what has happened. We would definitely recommend this hotel! Great experience, the hotel arranged free shuttle service to the scenic spot, and it was very convenient for the hotel to order food, which helped me a lot. When you are tired of traveling, you can go to the hotel to soak in hot springs.The scenery of the scenic spot is also amazing, and I will come again.

The host’s food recommendations were spot-on, and the Chinese-style design feels elegant yet cozy. Mosquito repellent is a must here (it’s by the hills!), but after hiking temple trails, the hot springs made it all worthwhile.

The location is stunning, and it is not an exaggeration to say that this place has the most beautiful views of the entire Lake Lu Tu. At the hotel's doorstep is the beach by the lake. The sand is fine, and bare feet step on it, and the tingling feel comes from the soles of the feet. In the afternoon I feed the gulls here, and as soon as I get the food out, swarms of the gulls come cheerfully, flying up and down around me, chirping as if they were writing a musical song. Their white wings sparkle in the sunlight and make a beautiful picture with the blue waters of the lake and the distant mountains. When the sun goes down, the sunset shines brightly on the lake, and the gulls are dyed warm orange, beautiful as a wonderland. I just sat quietly on the beach, watching the beautiful scenery in front of me, feeling that all my worries were thrown away. This hotel brought me not only a comfortable stay but also a visual feast. I will stay here next time I visit Lugu Lake!
