The food was the best thing about our stay, so much variety and good quality! The location and facilities were great. I liked the fact that the hotel ist super kids friendly but not a kids hotel. Our sons loved the pool and the kids club. You don’t really need more than that. The staff was amazing! Super friendly and hard working people. Never felt he pressure to leave tip, which makes you really give them something as a sign of gratitude.

Kind, helpful, and full of humor, Abd Al Raheem, Ahmed, Yahya, Abdo and the entire team went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness. Featuring an aqua park with a complete amusement center, Serenity Alma Heights - Ex Serenity Fun City Resort is located in Hurghada. WiFi access is available in the lobby of this resort. the amazing atmosphere, the great staff, they are genuinely super nice and helpful, they helped us getting the best available room, a ton of variety of delicious food and activities for the kids. its one of rare hotels that has a great amusement park that both adults and kids can enjoy, which is very suitable for families. The best part was the Christmas celebration and dinner when we had a 3 hour dancing show, and a great dinner as well. everyone in this hotel was very welcoming, smiling all the time and making sure that you get the best experience, more specifically, Mr.Ahmed who literally was checking on us every single night trying make sure that we enjoy our time to the max.

Private beach, a lot of clean swimming pools, friendly hotel and restaurant staff, well maintained and clean hotel. They even allowed us late checkout and breakfast box for our early Luxor day trip. Top service. We will come back and recommend this hotel.

This was my first time staying at Amarina Abu soma , and it turned out to be one of the best experiences I’ve had in Egypt! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. A special thank you to Mr. Rahim at reception who welcomed us with a warm smile and was extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay. The food was another highlight,there was a great mix of international dishes, including Egyptian Germany Asian and Indian cuisine. Every meal had something new to try, and everything was fresh and delicious. Thank you to the entire Amarina Abu soma team for making our stay unforgettable. We’ll definitely be coming back!
