Fouad at the check in desk was very professional and truly made our experience amazing. This man should be promoted and awarded by Rixos. He is one of the kindest and most professional people. I have travelled the world and tried many hotels by far Rixos Montaza is one of the best hotels I have been to. Truly the main reason our stay was amazing is Fouad.

The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt like a true home away from home. The two bedrooms were spacious and cozy, and having two bathrooms was a huge convenience for our group. Hussein was an outstanding host, very responsive, friendly, and eager to ensure we had a comfortable stay.His thoughtful touches, like fresh towels and toiletries, made our stay extra special. The location was perfect, close to local attractions and amenities and in the same building as the Four Seasons Hotel with 10% of the hotel price I highly recommend staying here and would love to book this apartment again in the future.
