Fantastic staff who did their best on every step to check on our big family and make sure each and every one of them is comfortable and happy. The room was spacious, nicely furnished and very clean. Beds are comfortable. There is variety of amenities to use, all the bars and restaurant serve very nice food. In general the atmosphere was brilliant, thank you so much for all the hardworking people from gardeners, to bikes maintenance, restaurant staff, housekeeping, lifeguards, reception, management - all of you made us feel taken care of and welcomed! Special thanks to Mr. Haitham from management, we will definitely come back the next holiday.

An exceptional hotel. Beautifully manicured grounds, comfortable and spacious accomodation, excellent facilities, delicious and a huge selection of food, and great service. Plus there's a great dive centre on-site. Definitely one of the best hotels I've stayed in...and I've stayed in 100's.

Everything in the hotel is brand new and shining. Beach is super clean and nice. Peaceful, quiet place, nice tennis courts, great cocktails. Feels like the best place in Egypt! Huge recommendation, choose this option and you definitely will be happy!

Pickalbatros Sea World is by far my favorite resort on the Red Sea among the many resorts that I stayed at. The facilities deserve the highest rating. For example, dining tables are luxurious granite top tables. The rooms are modern, new and emaculately clean. Pickalbatros Sea World is a large complex of two story bungalows, beautiful swimming pools, six restaurants, a clinic, nicknack stores, gym and other facilities. A morning walk would easily put 10,000 steps on your fitbit or iwatch. You would need a week to enjoy the variety of food and try the various restaurants. Last but not least is the customer service. The staff would go to the extra mile to satisfy our needs. Example: A delicious looking eggplant dish included ground beef. Being vegetarian, we inquired if the kitchen offers the same dish without beef. We were pleasantly surprised that one of the chefs presented the delicious vegetarian version on our table within 10 minutes. Our appreciation goes to the wait staff especially Osama! Our stay at Sea World wouldn't have been as pleasant and as comfortable without the effort of Mr. Haitham Elsawah, Manager of the front desk team. Thank you, Mr. Haitham and Sea World team!

Το Casa Mare Resort - ex, Royal Tulip Beach Resort βρίσκεται κοντά στο Port Ghalib, 42χλμ. από το Marsa Alam. Everything is up to the standard of a 5 stars hotel. All the staff is very helpful and ready to give you a hand at any time (starting from the reception staff, restaurant and cleaning service) so you can relax and enjoy the hotel. An enormous buffet in every meal and a lot of service in place (scuba diving; kite surf school, and more)

Every single employee is ready to help any time. Special thanks to Mr. Wael Elsaie. Also thanks to Mr. Aziz at the reception. Sary from Room Service. The food was variable and delicious. Drinks and Snacks were excellent. The landscape and the facilities offer the possibility for the children to have fun, and for the adults to enjoy their time and relax. Our room was beachfront, which gives the possibility to enjoy a morning tea with a view of the Red sea. It was always clean, thanks to Sary, who also gave my children something to wonder about, everyday which shape would be formed of the towels. The coral rief of the hotel is viable, a lot of fish and interesting aquatic creatures.

Seemingly part of the natural environment between sandy mountains and deepest blue seas is the Mövenpick Resort El Quseir. Everything was beyond beautiful and my stay exceeded my expectations. The Staff are super friendly and very kind including the Staff at the reception, housekeeping and the beach. Mostafa our activities guide, he was so much fun and knowledgeable of the area since he is from El Quseir City. We went City Biking and morning exploring Walk, both were amazing. The suite was modernly furnished, very cozy and warm. The beach is super clean with crystal clear water. I truly had a great relaxing stay exactly as i was dreaming of. I can’t wait to go back again next year.
