The location is fantastic, and our room had a spectacular view. It was quite spacious and quiet, which we loved. The staff was generally friendly, and we’d like to give special thanks to Mostafa Othman, who helped us throughout our stay—he was always available and supportive. There are many dining options, with Soprano being our favorite. The entertainment team works hard, and the programs are enjoyable. A few downsides to note: the house reef can be challenging to snorkel as it’s rocky and the water is shallow, so extra care is needed when entering the sea. During our stay, it was quite windy at times, which made it even more difficult. Also, beach vendors can be a bit bothersome. We purchased a massage service we weren’t fully satisfied with—so make sure to negotiate before buying anything as you don’t know what service you’re getting at the end of the day. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it—especially for families with children.

The staff is trying to fulfil all our needs. We also like the food. In this hotel you can really relax.

The accommodation offers a hot tub. You can play table tennis, darts and tennis at Akassia Swiss Resort, and the area is popular for snorkelling. Akassia swiss resort exceeds our expectations. The staff were so polite helpful and friendly. Special mention for waiter Mahmud and all animation team- Shagy, Zain, and especially Rose-Ruza... All place is magical and with some special charm. Pool boys were amazing- we felt so secure about our kids. Cant wait to come back.

Built in traditional Nubian style, this relaxed resort instantly makes you feel at peace. Everything about this hotel is wonderful. The architecture in Nubian style creates a cozy atmosphere, and the grounds are beautifully maintained. I especially loved that the rooms are set in single-story Nubian-style houses with spacious terraces. There’s a thoughtful attention to every detail of the guest experience. The rooms are small but very cozy, and the bed is extremely comfortable. All the staff are attentive and genuinely caring. The beach is stunning, with a reef in excellent condition and full of diverse marine life. Meeting an octopus was an unforgettable experience. The food delights with both its variety and sophistication. This is definitely a place I would love to return to.
