We were a group of four and stayed at Laguna Club for 10 days. On checkin we were upgraded to the pool view rooms. I have to admit the rooms were very spacious, comfortable and very clean. We had to go across the road to access the aqua park and the beach which is a 5 min walk. They do have a shuttle service as well. The staff at the Club are very friendly and always willing to help. Highly recommended. PS. I don’t normally mention names. But, it’s always good to appreciate exceptional service. Mr. Ahmed for taking the effort to ensure our stay was a pleasant experience. Mr. Mohamed Salman from the reception for take the time to check on us every opportunity he had. How can I forget Mr. Hassan Ebrahem (server/waiter) for ensuing we were served our drinks and any other requirements

Ambience was outstanding especially the beach side. Staff very courteous and smiling. Especially Ahmed Khalaf at reception, Ahmad club car driver , Mustafa at beach grill were really cooperative and welcoming. We will definitely stay again

Great location (just 20 min from the airport), super nice and friendly staff, especially Sumo and Olga from entertainment team, spacious and very clean rooms, great breakfast offer, delicious Lebanese restaurant, very clean green territory.
