The spa offers a wide range of beauty treatments for a supplement. We offer a hammam and a sauna free of charge for our guests. Also a free heated swimming pool and a fitness center. The hotel is exactly as described on the booking site. The room was very modern, clean, well isolated and the pool view with the see in the back was just great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the shower and the technician solved it in 5 min. The food was excellent (breakfast + dinner) with a great selection of wines. The pool is great and we liked the aquagym in the morning. The rooftop was perfect to admire the sunset and to enjoy some great music. The hotel is well connected with Palma through several busses (2 eur ticket)

Featuring plenty of natural light, each room is equipped with a flat-screen TV and a bathroom with a hairdryer and free toiletries. Some rooms have a seating area. Location: You can easily walk to Palma beach in just 5 minutes. The beach is absolutely stunning with its turquoise color and soft sand — it truly amazed us. You can rent two sunbeds and an umbrella for €18. The hotel is less than a 10-minute taxi ride from the airport. Instead, I suggest walking 10 minutes to the Mercadona market — it has a wide selection and reasonable prices. Since we were traveling with our 18-month-old baby, we couldn’t join the nightlife, but there are plenty of places to party near the hotel. Room: The room was absolutely beautiful. It was very spacious and the furniture looked new. I also watched how thoroughly they cleaned a room after a guest checked out, and our room was cleaned nicely every day. We were right near the party places but sound isolation was good enough for blocking them. Food: Dinner had great variety overall. For a buffet, it was about as good as it gets. I wasn’t expecting 10/10 food from a buffet, but I’d rate it around 7–8. Breakfast had slightly less variety, but it wasn’t a problem for us. For families with children: This hotel isn’t fully tailored for children, but there were still enough activities to satisfy us. For example, there’s a playroom you can take your child to at any time of day. Even though our baby is quite young, the staff at the mini-disco in the evenings made every effort to ensure he had fun — they played and danced with him. There’s also a small children’s pool and a section of the large pool that’s about 40 cm deep, where our son had a great time. Staff: The hotel staff were truly friendly and cheerful. They always smiled at our son and tried to play with him. Everyone was kind and welcoming throughout our stay.

Access to our SPA is free of charge. It includes a Finnish sauna, Turkish bath, jacuzzi, heated sunbeds, hydromassage jets, beauty salon, and massage treatments (treatments - additional cost). The opening hours are from 08:00 to 21:00. Families with children are welcome between 12:00 and 16:00 (children must be accompanied by their parents during family time). Everything was perfect. If I go to Mallorca again, I would definitely stay here.

The à la carte restaurant at Tomir Portals Suites - Adults Only +(16) serves a selection of international cuisine. Guests can enjoy a drink by the pool, or in the lounge bar with live music some days a week. Friendly staff very helpful, marvelous breakfast, big and very clean rooms, very well connected by bus, we want to come again😀

The spa features an indoor thermal pool, Turkish baths and sensation showers. It opens onto a palms garden where guests can relax in loungers. Treatments like massages and aromatherapy carry an extra cost. Breakfast was amazing. Excellent choice

The accommodation offers a hot tub. The area is popular for hiking and cycling, and bike hire is available at this 4-star hotel. We absolutely loved our stay at Astoria Hotel! Everything was perfect—from the cozy room to the warm hospitality. But the real highlight was the surprise birthday dessert plate with a candle at dinner for my wife—such a sweet and thoughtful gesture that truly touched us! The staff were all incredibly friendly, cheerful, and always ready to help with a smile. We felt at home from the first moment. Can’t recommend this place enough—if I could, I’d rate it 15 out of 10!

There is also a modern fitness centre, and a stylishly lit relaxation area with tea corner. Verry confortable and clean room, good food, in front of the beach with a great view.
