Very light and airy, exceptionally clean and uncluttered. Extremely secure padlocked gated private drive, very well lit outside areas with plenty of parking right next to the building. Easy access using lock box for the keys to be collected. Great view of extensive garden looking out on to hot tub, that was ready and waiting. Plenty of outdoor seating. We took a toddler with us who enjoyed looking at the planes taking off from nearby airport. Noise was no issue at all. planes do not takeoff at night either. Underfloor heating ensured everywhere was warm and cosy. Unfortunately we ended up leaving our large bag of art pens at the property when we left. Charlie from staycation and the owners went out of their way to get them back to us, by helping us arraigning a pick up from Parcelforce and boxing up the bag themselves. THANK YOU VERY MUCH !

Bathroom was delightful, sitting room comfortable. Back garden larger than thought and was secluded. I loved the wall from sitting room to bathroom, glass blocks with waves and shells fantastic. The setting was excellent with geese and Rheas beside you, great setting. Even though I didn't use it was a nice touch on robes for hot tub.

Cai and Mell were friendly, very helpful with our trip planning, gave us a long list of recommended dining establishments, helped with our train tickets to Bath, and even drove us to dinner twice and to the train station. Cai and Mell are wonderful people, kind, caring, helpful, and very interesting. We talked with them for hours. We HIGHLY recommend Dungarvon House B&B to everyone who visits!

It was clean tidy and we had everything we needed and the hosts were easy to get in contact with if we needed anything. They also made excellent recommendations to us for places to visit and places to dine.

Room was meeting expectations The breakfast was also meeting expectations the restaurant was superb - staff, food, ambience - all great !
