There’s enough cell reception to stream Spotify, but it’s too poor to do anything functional on a phone - which is perfect.

East Learmouth Lakeside Lodges - Larch Lodge in Cornhill-on-tweed biedt accommodatie met uitzicht op het meer, een gedeelde lounge, een terras, een bar en watersportfaciliteiten. The facilities were beautiful, the kitchen and table area was lovely and the bedroom was very cosy. The hot tub was the highlight of our trip, we enjoyed it lots.

The room was beautiful, as was the bathroom - it had a gorgeous claw foot bath! There were so many extra touches, such as a bowl of sweets, a coffee machine a fridge and an iron/iron board and toiletries incase you forgot something of your own; the list goes on!!

Coastal Joy - Room 1 bevindt zich in Newbiggin-by-the-Sea, op een paar minuten lopen van Newbiggin Beach, en biedt een tuin, rookvrije kamers, en gratis WiFi. Fabulous room and hosts could not have been more helpful. Great locations and very good value for money.

Hot Tub 9 The Fairways is gelegen in Alnwick, op 14 km van Alnwick Castle en 40 km van Bamburgh Castle. De accommodatie biedt gratis WiFi, een tuin met een terras, en toegang tot een hot tub. The whole place was exceptional. From the grounds, to the hottub and the caravan - we felt it was really well thought out and had everything you could need in it. Great communication from the owner and access was simple. Just a note that there is no entertainment complex on site but there are a vast array of places to see, eat and shop close by. Great location to explore the Northumberland Close from or just catch up with friends.

Lovely location, just a few miles from the coast and main roads yet in the midst of lovely country side and next to a paddock with horse and sheep. Wonderful . Lovely accommodation and fantastic wood - fired hot tub ( surprisingly easy to heat up!). Louise is also a great and thoughtful host.

The Bosk @ Breamish Valley Cottages bevindt zich in Ingram, op 19 km van Alnwick Castle en 34 km van Bamburgh Castle. Great food and facilities. The staff is very friendly. Would happily go back and can recommend to anyone wanting to visit the area.
