HOT TUB I've stayed at The Charm a few times when visiting Brighton and have always had a great experience. Every member of staff is lovely and it's always warm and welcoming. It's very clean and the bed linen is really cosy, as well as brilliant shower pressure.. I can't remember his name but a special shout out to the Polish guy who checked us in - he was great.

All include a flat-screen TV and complimentary White Company toiletries. I have family in Brighton and visit when I can. Over the years, I've stayed in most of the nice hotels and B&Bs in Brighton. This is my new favorite, and I will be returning. The rooms were large (rare for Brighton) and beautifully decorated. The location was central enough to walk everywhere but secluded enough to avoid the noise. The staff were delightful, and the drinks downstairs at the bar were top-notch.

The welcome pack provided by the hosts was much appreciated. To be honest the place looked brand new internally with everything you need for several days or longer.

The outside pool, hot tub, steam room area was a big hit. The kitchen/diner was an excellent entertaining space, and the cinema room was an added bit of luxury. All beds were comfortable, and the house was spotless and warm. Check in was nice and easy, and the hosts were on hand throughout our stay to answer any questions. Although not in the centre of Brighton, the bus route into the centre runs right by the house, and very easy to use. We would definitely return.
