They live close by and were very helpful and didn’t bother us for the payment or check out timings. We also requested them to drop us to the city center and they did.

I had an issue with my reservation, but they were able to find a solution. Olga and Shota are very kind and make a real effort to ensure a great experience. That makes the place a much better hotel than many others.

The rooms had everything necessary, food was tasty in the Georgian restaurant, coctails tasted great. Overall I must say it was one of the best experiences in Georgia for me.
