The hotel itself is very pleasant and well decorated. The staff is very friendly and willing to help you in anyway they can. Our room was even better than in the photos, spacious, comfortable, A/C, Wi-fi, personal swimming pool and long chairs, with everything you might need during your stay. The breakfast was high quality, you do have to chose in advance, meaning the previous day, what you will want but it's well worth it and with lots of options to chose from. Another positive point was a parking spot in their garage since we had a rented car. The hotel also has a little gym room, pool and spa, which we end up not using due to other activities we had planned but it looked nice and can be a plus for some people. Lastly, the location is good if you want to escape the "city center rush" and have a beautiful (but distant) view on the port and shore. However going to the center of Chania will require some compromise. We had our own car so it was fine to go but finding a parking spot (in particular for free) can be a challenge. Walking is possible but it will take quite some time. The alternatives are then bus or taxi, which give you less freedom or the need to pay. In any case, we truly enjoyed the entire experience, we were definitely happy with our stay!

At the hotel guests are welcome to take advantage of a hot tub. 2nd time we have been to Ventus as the location is excellent for relaxing! Room was excellent with lovely sea views, very clean and the bed was amazingly comfortable! Black out blinds also made this a great room to sleep

The staff were so friendly and kind, with a warm welcome every day. The hotel rooms themselves were luxurious beyond belief, with some of the most comfortable bedding I’ve ever slept in. I nearly wouldn’t have been able to get out of bed each morning on account of it, but for the breakfast, which was my food highlight of my holiday (which was a high bar to top). Well done to all - probably the best overall hotel experience of my life!

Epavli Grace Hotel offers 4-star accommodation with a hot tub. The hotel looks like it's basically brand new - it has very nice interior design and modern facilities. Our room was big, with a comfy bed, walk-in shower, huge terrace and a jacuzzi. Staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast were good (food selection was fine for me, but not as big as in bigger hotels). The hotel is located very close to Chania old town - basically few minutes walk away. We would chose this hotel once again!

Situated in the centre of Chania Town, Porto Vecchio is located less than 1 km from Nea Chora Beach and a 2-minute walk from Etz Hayyim Synagogue. The property is around 300 metres from Mitropoleos Square, 200 metres from Folklore Museum of Chania and 300 metres from Kucuk Hasan Mosque. In addition to free WiFi, the property also features a terrace as well as a hot tub. We stayed there from the 13th to the 15th of June and I can’t recommend this place enough. Everything about it was perfect. The location is unbeatable - tucked away on a quiet and charming street, yet just steps away from everything you might need: shops, restaurants, bars. The room itself was immaculately clean and incredibly well-equipped with an ironing board, a coffee machine with complimentary Nespresso capsules and a blow dryer. Upon arrival, we found a bottle of cold water waiting in the fridge, along with juice, biscuits, and jam. They had also provided a small bottle of raki with two little shot glasses. Self check-in was incredibly easy. If you’re considering booking, I highly recommend choosing the double room with patio. It comes with its own private entrance, a table and two chairs for relaxing outside, and even a drying rack for wet swimsuits. A special thank you to Maria at reception. I had been looking for a safety pin and she went above and beyond, managing to find me an entire set in two different sizes. The stay was truly exceptional from start to finish.

Very good accommodation and facilities, in a centeral location, perfect to explore the west of the island both beaches and mountains. Hosts were very helpful and thoughtful, with great recommendations on where to eat and key things to see. Breakfast was really good and Alexia super kind. Definitely will love to come back!
