Giannis was such a kind host, I was surprised about the level of his hospitality. He gave me a lift from Chora in the evening, when the Bus was not driving anymore, he brought some sweets for me and he was very helpful and kind person. If you are staying in Karavastasis, make sure you book AMO.

We loved the hotel pickup from the ferry after a very long trip. The hotel complex is beautiful, each apartment is individual and centred around a very comfortable pool and bar area with almost direct access to the start of the church steps up the hillside. The apartments are spacious and modern while still retaining a Greek island character.

The village is pedestrian only, with a maze of charming picturesque streets and squares, with single storey terraces of houses, and squares with restaurants and shops.
