Loved every second of our stay there. The room was amazing and the sea view was breathless. The bonus was the jacuzzi on the veranda!! I could spend the whole day there looking at this incredible sea view. Marilena, the host, was so kind and polite and always willing to help and guide us in every aspect, making our stay so pleasant and enjoyable. The room was very clean and very well equipped. We had 4 bottles of free water every day and Nespresso coffee (even decaf capsules which made my husband very happy :). The place is absolutely amazing. I will definitely recommend this to anyone travelling to Skiathos and will choose this hotel again and again!!!!

Το Roula's house on the beach είναι στη Σκιάθο Πόλη και απέχει 300μ από Παραλία Μεγάλη Άμμος και 1,3 χλμ από Λιμάνι Σκιάθου. The host was so kind and accommodating. The room was simply perfect—clean, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed. It had a great view for summer mornings and was so close to the beach that we could walk there before our first coffee :) 10/10.

AN HONEST REVIEW Like: - fast replies and care by the management, super nice welcome, Luca is amazingly invested in the guests wellbeing and vacation - fantastic views, come with a 4x4, you cannot imagine the steepness of this place and the roads leading to basically anywhere from there - super clean, spotless! - Villa Noa, but I think most or all villas with pool have an inside and outdoor kitchen with the minimum supplies, it is enough though. There’s a coffee machine. Sharp knife’s and some oil pepper and salt or tea as a basic as missing, would be nice to have, that’s just a minor comment. - staff had a break room beneath our villa, they smoked right behind our windows so the house smelled like Cigarettes in three of four of our bedrooms, it would be a dislike but the way Luca handled it was super beautiful and effective, so it’s a like! - their free of charge water is filtrated by the mountain and was such a conscious, sustainable, yummy and beautiful offer to have! Thanks! - the place is not far from town but still feels private and secluded

I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat. It's a hidden gem with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. We stayed at the 2-room apartment and the place was super clean, with daily cleaning and fresh towels every two days. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, and the big sun-kissed terrace was the perfect spot to relax. The view was beautiful, with lush greenery and a peaceful atmosphere. Evenings were especially lovely to spend here, with a pleasant breeze and the sweet scent of linden and honeysuckle filling the air. It was the perfect setting to unwind. The host was friendly, helpful, and respectful of our privacy. She made sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. The Troulos beach was just a 15-minute walk away, but it was a shortcut through a path with vegetation rather than taking the main road. This made the journey more pleasant and enjoyable. There were many tavernas nearby with delicious food options to choose from, and the bus station was only an 8-minute walk from the property. The apartment is offering exceptional value for its price. Despite being more affordable than many nearby properties, it still managed to provide a higher level of quality and comfort. Thank you Chrisa!

The accommodation was very comfortable, clean and perfectly located in the center - yet it felt like a peaceful oasis tucked away from the buzz. The owner was very attentive, always ready with helpful tips and great recommendations to make the most of our time on the island. Highly recommended!

Αυτό το οικογενειακά διοικούμενο κατάλυμα βρίσκεται στην πλαγιά ενός λόφου, μόλις 250μ. από την παραλία της Αγίας Παρασκευής. Lovely hotel with great staff and facilities. Easy walk to a fantastic beach. Travelling with teenagers so it was great for them to be able to come and go as they pleased. We ate really well at the local restaurants but it's also super easy to jump on the bus into Skiathos Town. You don't really need to hire a car if you are happy to stick to the south of the island. We were leaving on a late ferry so stayed by the pool for the last day and used the shower/changing facilities available.

The host was very friendly and met us when our flight arrived pretty late at night. The location is pretty good - there's a market and bakery on the street, both of which we visited multiple times during our stay. Old port and a beach are only a 10 minute walk away. The singular bathroom was tough with 6 people, but otherwise the space worked well for the number of guests. AC was great, cleaning service was very helpful as well. The balcony was lovely. Overall, I would recommend this stay to anyone. Such a gorgeous town with amazing food and drinks on every street! Be prepared to walk up a hill when returning from the town.

To Serenity Suites, Premium Key Collection βρίσκεται στη Σκιάθο Πόλη, σε Σκιάθος και σε κοντινή απόσταση από τα σημεία ενδιαφέροντος Παραλία Μεγάλη Άμμος και Σπίτι του Παπαδιαμάντη. Apartment was flawless. Super modern decor throughout and the hot tub was great. Only a short walk to the port and Papadiamti street. Chris came and grabbed us from the port once we arrived back to the island as we were struggling with getting a taxi, and they also left us a bottle of fizz in the fridge after I had informed them that my partner and I had just got engaged a few days prior to our stay. We also bumped into the owner at the local coffee shop and he paid for our coffees after realising we were staying at his accommodation - lovely couple of touches.

Alex was there to greet us and show us the property. Villa was in a great location, walking distance to beaches, market, great restaurants and also the bus stop to go into town or other beaches further away.
