This flat is in a brand new condo complex. It is exceptionally clean, rooms are perfectly arranged, huge living room and kitchen area. For the 5 of us (my wife, and 3 friends from which 2 is a couple) it was perfect. We only got 1 set of keys initially but we asked for another one and got it in an hour or so. We didn't even have to be home, it was left on the table for us in the evening. There is an awesome swimming pool, whirpool, gym area. The only thing to notice here is that you have to be fully dressed if you are a woman to use the swimming pool (muslim rules). Location was great and we loved every minute of our stay here.

The apartment was clean, modern and in a great building with security and easy self check in. The host was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I loved being able to walk to Gaya Street Sunday Market, the Waterfront, and enjoy seafood at Welcome Seafood Restaurant, just a few minutes away by Grab.

Hawun Valley Kiulu heeft een hot tub en accommodatie met airconditioning in Tamparuli, op 39 km van Filipino Market Sabah, 34 km van Likas City Mosque en 39 km van Sabah State Museum & Heritage... Didn’t expect the room come with little pantry with ricecooker, water kettle, and stove to cook. Plates, cups and utensil for cooking also provided. But they only allow Halal food ya. There is fridge also. Room is very clean and love the sweet pink color room😆 pool is not too deep and have lovely warm temperature. This place is well maintain.
