Love the pool,the food, the free bicycle rent, the beach area .. the cleaning personal does also a great job! Everyone is friendly. I would stay there again!

The staff and service was top shelf! We were immediately greeted with the most pleasant attentive people and continued throughout the entire stay. They were so helpful with arranging bicycles and anything we needed. The rules were extremely comfortable and the air-conditioning was amazing, but you can’t always say that with every hotel in the area. It is on the north side of the island so the quieter side. It is about a 20 minute walk to all the party in the action, so if that’s what you’re looking for it might be a bit far. It was perfect for us as our adult children would go off for the night and party, and we stayed on the beach and drank and watch the sunset and played cards. The pool is amazing and we loved everything about our day. They arranged our snorkelling private tour, which I highly recommend to be on a boat with 30 people almost the same price for four of us. The food for every meal was also amazing! People come to this hotel just for the restaurant. We loved it and the service.

The setup with two spas in front of our room was superb. The rooms were neat and and tidy and the showers had great hot water. The location was super close to the beach and all of the shops. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful.

Everything is well thought-out, harmonious, beautiful, and made with love!

The spacious villa with a terrace and pool views features 4 bedrooms, a living room, a flat-screen TV, an equipped kitchen with an oven and a toaster, and 4 bathrooms with a hot tub. The air-conditioned unit at the property features a shower and a dressing room. The villa offers bed linen, towels and housekeeping service. When we arrived at the Villa by horse and cart Ucup from the management team was waiting for us. He showed us around, provided information about the island, recommended things to do. Most importantly he provided his whatsapp number and was able to arrange anything we needed from more beers to e-bikes, even organising the horse and cart required to get us to the port for our boat back to lombok. The villa was clean, spacious, plenty of room, main bedroom has huge bathroom with a spa bath, has incredible amount of storage. It was just heaven and we are used to staying in high end hotels.

It is a little bit further away from the harbour but I knew that when I booked to be sure it was calm and quiet which it was, everything is within a walking distance anyway and when you have a bike or scooter, it really isn’t a problem! And the hosts and their are all so lovely and so helpful and accommodating! They got me a bike within 5 minutes of asking and changed up my breakfasts because of my allergies. I ended up extending my stay!
