Loved the gardens, the pools, the comfortable rooms, the attention.to small details like welcome drinks (we skipped those cause the kids we eager to jump in the pool, but its a very nice touch!), a free gelato (yum!!), unlimited drinkingwater etc. But the friendliness and professional approach of the staff made the stay exceptional. No idea how it is when the hotel is fully booked in the weekend, but during the week its been 10/10 on every level. Will be back!

Good view, good property at the remote location but too near from farming location that made during certain session facing with a lot of flies going around. Road access is challenging.

The hotel is generally nice with great facilities. It has a beautiful outdoor garden with a playground and some animals for kids to feed and a small water park. However, during our stay, the pool was under renovation so it was not available.
The food is great. Even though the breakfast was not too varied it tasted delicious. the restaurant menu was also great. The room has enough space and is quite clean however I thought they needed more maintenance so it looks updated.

We we given the mountains view rooms that are not only comfortable but gave us superb view on Merapi, Merbabu, and some other mountains.
The swimming pool was clean with city view, but the wind and the water was too cold for us. The jacuzzi worked well and we could order food and drinks as well, and we used the discount voucher given when we checked in, made it even better.
- The room size was quite big
- The room also clean
- My wife and the kid was happy due to the bathroom have bathtub which is usually just a shower
- The bed was comfort
- The mall was in only across the hotel
