The restaurant serves a good range of options at breakfast and dinner offers a varied menu too. The quality of the food was excellent and service exceptional. Throughout the hotel, the service was of the highest order. Everyone is happy to see you and greets you with a smile. I booked three trips with the hotel. They were all excellent and gave a good overview of this beautiful island. I used the Spa three times during my stay and was pleased with the treatments and reasonable prices. I would highly recommend anyone who is planning a trip to Lombok to stay at this hotel. The stunning setting, good food and beautiful decor are all impressive. However, it is the level of service received from the staff that is the standout feature. As a frequent traveller who has stayed in hundreds of hotels across the World, I have to say that the service in this hotel was amongst the very best .....if not the best.....that I have ever received. I will certainly be returning on my next trip to Lombok!

The most memorable thing for me is that you not only provide high-quality accommodation and exceptionally friendly service but also offer a range of problem-solving assistance. I know many travelers, including us, encounter various issues, such as renting bikes, finding snorkeling tours, or the inconvenience of being wet after snorkeling and unable to travel comfortably. Yet, the staffs were incredibly kind and went out of their way to help (especially by providing a room for us to shower and change even after we had checked out). I know we were quite troublesome, but they never made us feel like a burden, which is truly commendable!
