It is a beautiful hotel with great staff. We felt very safe, welcome and they have great restaurants and services. We had a guided tour of the city by another company, but in hindsight we should probably have used the hotels services for this. We highly recommend using the hotels transfer services, we used it to go to the airport and Ankur who meet us at the airport was so nice and provided amazing service.

So thank you very much to all the staff of Pride Plaza Hotels, amazing service, and you can be shure I will write amazing reviews on the websites like Booking.com, Tripadvisor, etc. Very impressed with excellent service and the employees go the extra step to make shure we have the best experience possible !

Radisson Blu Plaza Delhi Airport is an upscale business hotel near IGI Airport, offering seamless access to Aero city, embassies, and corporate hubs. A very nice, luxurious hotel close to the airport, terminal 1. Smooth check in and check out, lovely rooms with complimentary stuff, not only in the bathroom but also in the rooms - coffee machine, water etc. Comfortable beds. Definitely a hotel to recommend. We also went for a 4 day golden triangle tour and left our extra luggage there, which were waiting for us when we returned. Then we stayed again for 2 nights and then could continue to other parts of India, relaxed.

The recently refurbished Shangri-La Eros New Delhi offers 5 dining options and an outdoor swimming pool. India Gate is 2.5 km and Jantar Mantar is 1.3 km away. There was a decent spread available for breakfast, and I tasted most of it. I asked the live-station chef to make a special Dosa. He did the honours and I thoroughly enjoyed it! Mr. Hashir (one of the stewards) surprised me by handing over a delectable fruit waffle - I truly appreciate his gesture. At the time of checking in, which was past 1 am, the front office staff members were very professional and understanding of my long journey, and they made the arrangements swiftly. Mr. Anubav was very courteous and upgraded me to a higher room category. I thanked him profoundly for delighting a customer who was visiting for the very first time. Although my stay at the hotel was less than 13 hours, it made me very special, and I cherish the fond moments.

Great time at Taj Palace - remains one of our favourite Delhi hotels! We got a free room upgrade this year which was greatly appreciated. All restaurants are amazing too!
