All the staff, without exception treated us impeccably. It felt totally natural and they had pride in their jobs. I have never enjoyed a hotel stay more. Lovely adult only pool on the roof (another for the whole family on the other side of the hotel) We had a wonderful ayurvedic massage at very reasonable cost.

The staff are hands down incredible first and foremost. The food was the best I had in 8 days in Kerala. The design, attention to detail and antiques across the property are incredible and makes this feel like a home, not a hotel. The pool, gardens and view are top class.
