Customer Service was excellent from the point of booking. The manager made contact and made us aware of services the hotel offers. He even met us at the station at 3am when our train was delayed! The hotel is modern, new and very clean. Room was large and well decorated with a large bathroom and good hot water shower. Bed was comfy. Location is great, less than 5 minutes walk to the main gate of the old city. Also has a nice rooftop restaurant. The hotel arranged our camel safari which was excellent. From start to finish we couldn’t fault anything and stayed here twice during our trip. The staff take a pride in the hotel and delivering superb service to guests. As far as I could see, Hotel Shahiraj Jaisalmer is the best choice for a hotel in Jaisalmer.

The location is simply aamazing, a fortress-palace surrounded by a cute village and fields all over and the Aravali hills encircling it all. Service is TOP, the staff are really incredible. Our Aravali suite was huge and so beautifully done, with views from three sides, words canoot describe how amazing it is!

We booked two adjoining rooms as a family of four for our stay at Fairmont,in December 2024 for a Jaipur family trip, celebrating my husband's birthday on 25th Dec. Being discerning travelers who enjoy vacation properties that offer a perfect combination of superb hospitality, cultural charm, ambiance and modern comfort ameneties, we rank this hotel a great stay! Our rooms were spacious & lovely, with unique architectural features in both the room & bathroom. Comfortable, plush king sized beds and quite environment was great for a good night's rest after exploring Jaipur! Afreen Rahman, Front Office Ambassador, did an outstanding job coordinating with me and creating an awesome memorable experience - taking care of all the little details -room's special occasion decor& refreshments, a much appreciated special memento for the occasion and a celebration cake! The Zoya staff, specifiacally the young man who served us that night made our dinner experience memorable!.. the food was flavourful and service excellent!..the sword cutting of the cake was an added unique birthday experience! Overall an enjoyable stay!

exceptional property with exceptional hospitality. we were booked for full board stay and we’re out of the hotel for dinner time .we arrived at 2am and requested the hotel for some dinner and they sent hot dinner along with hot tandoori rotis to our room. I have never seen this kind of hospitality anywhere . exceptional staff and service . I would give it an 11 on 10 in hospitality.
