Speaking German, English, Spanish and French, staff are willing to help at the 24-hour front desk. the room was perfect for a family with 2 teenagers. great view, nice terrace on the pool; water was a little cold, but I expected that in March :) breakfast was great, dinner served at restaurant too. nice hotel bar ... and other places to eat within walking distance. train station conveniently placed for trips to Sorrento, Pompeii or Napoli (local line Circumvesuviana). last but not least, personell very kind and helpful. ... and price (in March) was reasonable.

The room was sparkling clean and modern. Having the hot tub was a major plus considering all the walking we did in the city!
