The hotel was lovely and the staff was very welcoming, besides their fluency in German, Italian, and English, they also reached out with recommendations for places to go out for food/drinks. The room was equipped with everything you may need, the bed was super comfortable and the view of the terrace was stunning. We even got bathrobes that were so nice and comfy. The breakfast offered plenty of choices, also the staff helped you with the table setting. We loved it there and can't wait to go back. One of the best hotel experiences we've had.

The hotel is made up of 2 separate buildings. Reception and the restaurant are set in the main building, while Rooms are located in both the main building and the annex, where the sauna is also located. There is no dedicated ski bus, but a public bus line is available nearby. Very cosy, clean and really nice design of the room furniture and layout.
