Απίστευτο κατάλυμα το λάτρεψα, το προσωπικό ήταν παρά πολύ εξυπηρετικό και ευγενικό, το δωμάτιο και οι χώροι του ξενοδοχείου πεντακάθαροι, το πρωινό είχε μεγάλη ποικιλια και το δωμάτιο ήταν υπέροχο με πολύ άνετο κρεβάτι ! Η καλύτερη διαμονή στην καλύτερη πόλη, θα ξαναεμενα άνετα εκεί ❤️

We've stayed in a two bedroom apartment. Very comfortable, luxury amenities and extremely clean. Breakfast was excellent with lots of options provided. There is an excellent restaurant on site as well where we've had dinner one night. The surroundings are wonderful and impeccably maintained as well as the pool area. We had an amazing stay! Everything was perfect. the room was clean, all the utensils, cookware all in the kitchen looks new. they gave me a welcome wine bottle. bathroom is spacious. there were washing machine and dryer at the basement , u have to download the app to pay when usiing them. the staff were very friendly too. i would definitely stay here again when i visit florence again. superb!!

The hotel has a perfect position, near the city centre, and the staff was very friendly and ready to help with anything. Despite the fact that the spa is usually closing at 19:00, they made the effort of preparing it for us at 20:00 because we had a reservation at a touristic attraction which we couldn't cancel. They are interested in offer a good quality of service and thus making the client happy, wich we apreciated very much.

Ville Sull'Arno offers accommodation in Florence, right on the banks of the river Arno. It features a restaurant and a free wellness centre with an indoor pool, sauna, and Turkish bath. It was a very beautiful place and everything about it was very warm and lovely. I really loved the canvas in the room, it made my stay special... The view was spectacular. I enjoyed my stay there such a special hotel
