This hotel exceeded all our expectations - the staff could not have been more welcoming and friendly. Providing the very best in customer service & having an attention to detail that is second to none is clearly their priority. We were thrilled to receive an upgrade upon arrival & the junior suite allocated was absolutely beautiful! The hotel is immaculate & in an amazing position - just a two minute walk from The Duomo. We even purchased the Acqua di Elba room fragrance on display in the reception area just to remind us upon our return home & were delighted to receive some free samples & a small gift as a result of mentioning the hotel at the shop. Everything was great, the room, breakfast, staff, free minibar, big jacuzzi, they even have a washing mashine that you can use (i think it's like 4 euro per load).

Sara, and her property were absolutely top-notch and five-star quality. She laid out treats, yogurts and an amazing coffee machine. Everything was immaculate and the little back yard courtyard was sublime! I 100% recommend Sara's apartment to everyone!!
