This 5-star design hotel is set in a quiet tree-lined boulevard in a residential area in the heart of Genoa, a 10-minute walk from the main shopping street XX Settembre and city centre. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say the service was exceptional from start to finish. Upon arrival, I was delighted to find that the staff went above and beyond by personally picking up my car from the entrance and taking care of the parking. This level of service immediately set a positive tone for my stay. The staff's training was evident in their professionalism and attentiveness. They were not only courteous but also incredibly helpful and accommodating in every possible way. As a pet owner, I was particularly impressed by their thoughtfulness towards my dog. They promptly brought a plate for her, ensuring she was comfortable and well taken care of. This hotel truly understands the importance of guest satisfaction and pet-friendly amenities, making my stay not only comfortable but also memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and welcoming atmosphere.

Set in over 16000 m² of tropical gardens, this luxury hotel is set on the seafront promenade, a 5-minute walk from Sanremo Casino. It features a modern spa and outdoor pool with large sun terrace. The hotel has a great location and the facilities are excellent. We did not dine in the hotel but the bar is great. Breakfasts are superb. The best thing about the property is the staff - they are friendly, helpful and there are so many of them! This is a beautiful traditional hotel where service is excellent and the grandeur impressive. If you like marble and columns old fashioned luxury and to be cossetted - then this is the place for you...

Host of the villa is very friendly, warm and charming. The villa itself has this magical aura- you get the feeling that it's all just for you, attention to all the details. Breakfast was really nice, host was fulfilling our every wish. Room spacious, very authentic, clean, nice - true joy to stay there. Bathroom - modern classic- very nice, high quality products. I would definitely would come back. Spacious garden to spend time, eat breakfast or just rest. Kids friendly.
