Easy to locate. Received replies immediately available when making specific enquiries. Very quiet. Spotless. Large bedroom and good shower. Short walk from the airport. Outstanding villa with authentic Tuscan charm. Sergio and Gianni were wonderfully helpful and friendly hosts, providing warm hospitality and truly luxurious accommodation. We were a family of seven staying for two weeks, and the villa was comfortable for everyone. A car is essential to reach the many destinations you’ll want to explore—beaches, wineries, and beautiful Tuscan towns such as Florence, Siena, Pisa, and San Gimigniano. There are plenty of restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets, and even a local food market nearby. The amenities were exactly as described, including separate bathrooms for each bedroom, which made our stay even more convenient.

Position (quiet within residental area and within walking distance to center and Tower of Pisa), clean house, everything you need is provided including welcome snacks, water and bottle of prosseco, garden where we had breakfast. It was very hot and every room has air condition. We had a great time.
