The best part was the fantastic staff in the hotel, everyone was so sweet it would be unfair to name just one, the Front Desk, Housekeeping, Restaurant, we stayed there for two nights and enjoyed our stay to the fullest, we were even upgraded to a room with a jacuzzi just because the staff wanted to be sure we had enough space to put a crib in put room for the baby, they were constantly understanding of the fact that we were travelling with our baby for the first time!!

He gave us lots of tips and insights about the economy, people, and culture! Our room had one of the best views in the city. The room was extremely clean. Otaiba even packed breakfast for us as we had an early start. Loved his hospitality. Highly recommend this place.

There is a rooftop restaurant where people fight to take places next to window, while you can get it just for yourself, sitting in comfortable chair. very tasty breakfast. But this is not the best in this hotel. The lady supervisor is the nicest, the most organized person I've met in any hotel. Whatever we needed, one word and she took care of it. Confidence, control and positive energy. She could easily be head of any hotel in the world. Great stay, fully recommend

I was impresed by the location, and story behind it's own existance. My experience was highlighted by the implication of the staff to make our whole stay exceptional. Hospitality is remarkable. My special regards to the extraordinary team especially HR manager Mr. Ahmad Alnawafleh and general manager Mr. Motasem Alnawafleh. And i don't forget the dinning staff mistered by Mr. Tareq Alnawafleh who made our ceremony just perfect. Thanks you all for making us feels home!
