Tower eleven hotel is gelegen in Kitahiroshima, op 12 km van Treinstation Shin-Sapporo en 23 km van station Sapporo, en biedt accommodatie met een bar, gratis WiFi in de hele accommodatie en gratis... The staff were absolutely incredible; we had to have our bags shipped down to Osaka due to smaller stops in Tokyo and Mt Fuji (too short to be able to guarantee the bags would arrive on time) which is a crazy distance. The ladies at the Information Centre were able to explain the process for this and even drew us a map to get to the shuttle bus to the train station and encouraged us to take a jacket and do a practice walk the night before. The tour we booked was also fantastic, and the food and local beer was great too. The room was incredible; it was so affordable for the space you're given and relaxing in the onsen overlooking the ballpark was an unforgettable experience, they even have snacks and a bar! Everyone we came across was so lovely, even other people staying were interested to hear about our trip as it's not a common place to find foreigners.

AIR FURANO bevindt zich in Furano, op 2,5 km van Treinstation Furano, en biedt accommodatie met een tuin, gratis privéparkeren, een gedeelde lounge en een terras. Wat valt er te vertellen over deze uitzonderlijke B&B? Er is een buurtsuper vlakbij. Het is een nieuw gebouw. De kamer was top, met een geweldige badkamer. Geluidsisolatie was goed. Gratis parking. Maar de sterren hier zijn de uitbaters, het koppel Gareth en Rika. Deze tandem runt het hotel als een goed geoliede machine. Zij spreken allebei Engels en Japans. Zij doen alles om het hun gasten naar de zin te maken. Wij kregen zéér nuttige tips (het vuurwerkfestival, de openbare buiten-onsen in de bergen!) en konden met al onze vragen bij hen terecht. Wij mochten handdoeken lenen voor de natuurlijke onsen in de buurt, wij kregen eens een hapje aangeboden, een andere keer een drankje. We kregen hulp bij het boeken van een restaurant en bij het bestellen van een taxi. We werden verwend!!!

Setsu Niseko bevindt zich in Kutchan, op 4,2 km van Hirafu, en biedt accommodatie met een fitnesscentrum, privéparkeren, een tuin en een restaurant. Enjoyed our stay here! Definitely the best stay in Japan, they have everything prepared for you. Loved it!

Miru Nozomi Views bevindt zich in Kutchan en biedt gratis WiFi, uitzicht op de bergen en toegang tot een hot tub. The location was perfect, at the center of Grand Hirafu where everything is walking distance. The room was also nice and clean - biggest room Ive ever stayed at in Japan.

Opopo home 堺町店 ligt op 17 km van Otarushi Zenibako City Center, en biedt accommodatie in Otaru met toegang tot een hot tub. I feel so lucky to have found this place! It’s honestly the most spacious accommodation I’ve stayed in during my trip to Japan. Each floor (both the first and second) has its own bathroom and toilet, which made the stay super comfortable. The location is unbeatable — just steps away from Otaru Canal, dessert shops, sushi street, glass studios, and the music box museum — yet the house itself is tucked inside a quiet residential lane, so it’s peaceful and relaxing. The house also has a small kitchen. It’s not big and is shared with guests from another unit, but it’s fully equipped and very convenient. We sometimes made our own breakfast or heated up food we bought outside — everything worked perfectly. Each room has its own refrigerator, so that’s private, and only the stove is shared, which actually feels safer and more hygienic. I stayed here for three nights, slept incredibly well every night, and it really helped me adjust my jet lag. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Otaru!

What an amazing place to stay. Kanji and Marilyn made this place feel like home: Their warmth and hospitality (and amazing sense of humor) were the highlights of this place. As well as the incredible food, beautiful views, a comfortable room, that had everything you needed! Just perfect! Every detail is thought of at this beautiful place!

The Vale Rusutsu ligt in Rusutsu, op 32 km van Toyameer, en biedt conciërgediensten, rookvrije kamers, skiën tot aan de deur, gratis WiFi in de hele accommodatie en een spa- en wellnesscentrum. Groot, nieuw hotel met ruime, propere kamers, die van alles voorzien waren met mooi uitzicht. Prachtige onsen met binnen- en buitenbad. Vriendelijk, behulpzaam personeel.

Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono is gelegen in Kutchan, op 12 km van Hirafu, en biedt conciërgediensten, allergievrije kamers, een tuin, gratis WiFi in de hele accommodatie en een bar. The place is lovely and every one was so friendly. The restaurants were all really good.
