Having a chromecast and a Bose speaker is a nice add! The staff is really nice and helpful. The hotel is quite quiet during off season, which is quite relaxing, perfect for us. The breakfast is amazing, with an impressive variety of products available. The sushi restaurant is epic. The spa is really nice as well. Epic experience.

The staff are very helpful and assisted us in carrying our luggage up one floor. The staff at the counter can speak fluent English. The car parking space is nice, with some spaces equipped with electric car chargers, but we did not drive an electric car, so I can't comment on whether the charger works. Breakfast is excellent in taste and presentation. They have an onsite restaurant that serves dinner, but we did not try it this time. The room is modern and spacious enough for two people, with a beautiful mountain view. The onsen is nice and comfortable

Some units at the apartment complex boast a fireplace and a heated pool. Some of the units have a satellite flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and a private bathroom with a hot tub and slippers. Nicely designed. I stayed at the studio, it was clean, comfortable and warm. One of the reasons I chose this place is because of the washing machine in the room. I’m surprised how efficient and silent it is. The staff are really helpful and friendly. Offered us a sleigh and helped us with our luggages. They also helped to clear the snow on our car.

The holiday home consists of 3 bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a coffee machine, and 2 bathrooms with a hot tub and slippers. Towels and bed linen are offered in the holiday home. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. House was clean and warm. All household items were as clean as new. The TV was also large. I even liked the bidet in the bathroom.^^ The hot spring water was also really good. I liked the surrounding village as it had a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. There was a large snow field near the accommodation that few people visited, so it was great to play in the snow. My family stayed for 4 nights, and we definitely want to come back next time and stay longer. It was a place I really liked.

The location is superb, the house itself is warm, spacious and clean, and the hosts Yoshi and Nana were just the best people. They were extremely accommodating and went out of their way to ensure we had a memorable stay - including restaurant recommendations, slope tips, and even showing us a few off piste runs on a quiet day!
