Walking distance to the most vibrant areas to be seen.

The guest house features family rooms. Spacious room in Osaka, able to fit two big luggages. Owner was very kind hearted to send us to the metro station and guide us to the elevator route.

Towels and bed linen are offered in the apartment. I don’t usually write reviews, but I would never say nothing about FDS Panache. Everything was on point. The cleanness of the rooms was on top notch. I forgot my phone charger but I was pleased to find a multi cable charger there. They have everything you need for your stay. Most accommodations doe’s not leave the iron in rooms you’ll have to go and borrow it , but at FDS there is one with an iron board. They have kept many towels for us that lasted the whole weekend, the soaps, etc. I recommend this place. They are also near the hanazonoch station and Tengachaya station.

The accommodation has a spa bath and a hot tub. The apartment features a hot tub and a lift. The room was very nice and clean. The mattress and pillow were comfortable. Good sized shower (I'm 178 cm and had no issues). Washing machine with laundry detergent. The shower room also doubles as a clothes dryer which works really well. The controls are a bit complicated, but with the help of the staff it was much easier. Fairly close to the nearest train station. Felt safe.
