I will forever treasure this experience and interaction with the owner. She is extremely talented and very sweet! The business is very new therefore I with the owner prosperity and success! We had a fantastic time at Riad Dar Timrad. After a long road trip through the desert, we received an incredibly warm welcome from the friendly and attentive staff. Everyone at the riad was genuinely kind and made us feel right at home. We were immediately taken by the beautiful interior; stylish, modern, and thoughtfully designed. We were also pleasantly surprised by the low price, especially considering the high-end facilities, which I haven’t seen in any other riad before: a jacuzzi, a modern private hammam, and a small pool. The owner was very helpful, offering excellent recommendations for restaurants and honest, trustworthy sellers of rugs and pottery. In short, I can wholeheartedly recommend this riad to everyone, and I’d love to return next time I’m in Fes.

This property is such a breath of fresh air, what an incredible feeling to arrive to a 14th century Palace and be welcomed by a team that makes you feel like family. We had the Layla Suite which overlooks the entire Medina, the terrace is absolutely fantastic, Jihane, Samira, Hayat and Abdul have outstanding service, they took care of preparing a surprise for my husband’s birthday and made us so happy, they even organized our day with a guide and offered us freshly squire Ed juice every time they saw us We ate twice at the restaurant and the food was out of the world, WOW what an experience Thank you for making us so happy We will be back every year

Palais d'hotes Suites & Spa is a Riad located in the Medina and has been restored in the Moroccan tradition. It offers comfortable rooms and suites, some of which have a private balcony. Exceeded our expectations! Amazing location and felt very safe being in the area at all hours. The staff was extremely helpful, always making sure we were taken care of. They helped us with taxis, shipping and any questions we had. Mohammad and Youseff were great and the breakfast crew was very kind. The breakfast on the terrace each morning was a highlight.

Great apartment.. spacious and has 2 balconies one of them overlooks the pool.. all the facilities are available inside the apartment.. I did not meet the host but the check in was easy according to the instructions he provided us.. they allocated a parking space for us under the building and close to the elevator which made it easy to transport the suitcases.. my family loved this apartment.. located within a group of modern buildings.. I thank the host and his wife for their phone communication.. I totally recommend this apartment.
