It is a beautiful, luxurious, well-maintained resort. The staff was so wonderfully friendly and attentive to our every need. They learn your name after the first meeting. In particular Shaan truly tried to make us feel special. He arranged dinner reservations, drinks, explained things and always asked if he could help us in any way. He was always present with a smile and good conversation as with all the staff. Checking in was seamless. We were greeted warmly with a drink and taken to our room where everything was explained to us. The food was exceptional. Especially at the On the Rocks restaurant. We came to celebrate our anniversary and, truly, they made it so special! From the bottle of champagne and snacks on our arrival to a handwritten anniversary card, a special anniversary cake which we enjoyed for a few nights to a rose petal bubble bath. Another great touch was the small tray with a washcloth and spray water bottle and glasses of water as you are on a lounge chair at the pool or the beach

Parking was very secure within the property itself. The bed was amazingly comfortable and great to have air-conditioning throughout the villa; not just in the bedrooms. The massive TV and Netflix was an unexpected and added bonus if you like your TV entertainment. Kamal and his wife were very responsive and helpful and even drove out to meet us when we were unable to find the villa using our phones.

Guests can relax in the garden at the property. It was definitely more luxurious than what we expected. We liked everything about the apartment. All needs were catered for, and the service was exceptional 👌 and everyone was so friendly and helpful, especially with all the useful telephone numbers for the different facilities. Even the little touches like the Christmas tree 🎄 were greatly appreciated.
