We hope to come back for a longer time. The staff is very friendly, the atmosphere is very nice, the karaoke day was very good! The lady who sang was very successful! Rooms were amazing. Bandos’ rooms and villas are surrounded by nature’s beauty, some featuring high thatched roofs or wooden décor. Flat screen TV with cable TV channels are available. Tea/coffee makers and minibars are provided. Some feature separate living rooms or outdoor hot tubs. Wonderful island-resort, with very nice people working on it. We had an all-inclusive package and they were always very attentive with us, asking if we want something more, etc. We would really recommend it.

The place is so beautiful; the room, the beach, the sea, the pool and all facilities. The service was great especially our butler Karimane. She made our holiday more convenient and smooth. The food there was so delicious especially Thai food. The taste is same as you eat in Thailand. The room is always clean and neat because they do cleaning twice a day. We love everything about this hotel.

Villas are super modern and spacious with completely glass walls so you're surrounded by nature. The island is quite big, so you have personal bikes to move around. Everything there is so beautiful and made thoughtful. There are plenty of delicious restaurants: you can find any cuisine, whatever you want. They also have futuristic food tracks and in my opinion 'Go Go Burger' serves one of the best burgers in the world. Our essentialist Ruslan was endlessly caring, friendly, and dedicated, that kind of service is beyond any expectations. There is a kids club on the island; if you travel with kids, that's the best place for your child. It's like a preschool, where they have a lot of things to do: different master classes, drawing, toys, playground, dancing, role plays, football etc. The staff there love their job and have fun with kids.

Communication - hotel updated our previous hotel on which airport counter to go to. - had a host attended to us whom we can WhatsApp and ask on the rates and availability of activities. - our host, Salwa, was very informative from the start and very friendly and genuine with our children. - Salwa was very clear on her information to us. Hospitality - all the staff were so welcoming to us and our two young ones. Room - spacious, value for money. -daily housekeeping, topped up our bottled water and tea - facing the sea! - swimming pool so our kids could swim to their heart's content. - spacious bathtub (but i think it's more for adults siitting down for spa) Everything else! - complimentary use of their snorkeling equipment - convenient because we could snorkel right at the bottom of our villa (while our two kids nap of course). - love the nets that we could lie down and stare at the sea (fishes, birds) - shallow beach near the jetty which our kids could play if they wanted to play with sand and sea water.
