When you enter through a small door, prepare yourself to be transported to another place and time. In this innovative Hotel-Museum-Spa, every traveler will enjoy a comfortable stay. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and beautiful. I liked the back entrance to the spa and rooftop, it felt mysterious like a small maze. The decoration throughout the hotel is inspiring. Having a museum in the premises was great! A whole day in the hotel is really feasible with so much to see.

Such a lovely place, done with a lot of style in line with the local traditions and such friendly and helpful stuff. Really nice breakfast at the patio was a plus. He was super responsive too when needed (through the booking app and whatsapp) Location is a little bit hidden (3 streets from the Chedraui // main street & about 3km from downtown) taxi was around 100 pesos to get to the city center /ferry Moto taxis are cheaper and very comfortable too Highly recommend it

This was by far the best All Inclusive hotel I’ve ever stayed in! It exceeded our expectations massively and despite the place not being fully open yet we didn’t feel the need for anything more! The staff were extremely attentive and helpful. We had booked a Preferred Club room and I cannot recommend it enough. Our butler Fonsi made sure we have the most exceptional stay and the bar staff especially Jarib were all helpful and quick.
