The place was very clean, which is the most important thing. Owner was super patience and friendly, even reminded me of my forgotten stuff. You can find lots of convenience stores, cafe/restaurants nearby. Price was very affordable as well. I would definitely recommend this place if you need a place to stay around Kulim.

Absolutely amazing stay! From start to finish, everything was perfect. The service was outstanding and the owner went above and beyond. He was always just one call away and ready to help with anything we needed. The villa itself was spotless and so beautifully kept.
