The cabins were incredibly cozy, overlooking beautiful snowcapped mountains. The jacuzzi was a great way to stay warm and take in the scenery along. We also enjoyed walking along the trails toward the river.

A simply wonderful stay here. Rooms are beautifully designed and luxurious. The hotel itself, stylish, classy and comfortable. Both restaurants are wonderful and offer simply outstanding food, with incredible local produce. The tours we undertook (dog sledding, reindeer/Sami experience) were great fun and so informative. Cannot recommend this hotel enough for those wanting a luxurious break in the stunning arctic countryside. And we saw the Northern Lights! Special mention to Petros on the front desk who was as welcoming, helpful and informative as any front of house person I have ever encountered - even coming to alert us about the N Lights! A wonderful ambassador for this outstanding resort hotel.

The staff were super helpful and answered all our questions. We booked experiences and transport ahead of time and everyone was great at communicating and confirming our bookings. The food was super tasty and customised to my allergies. Also the atmosphere was super cosy.

Our room looked out on the harbor. The sauna was top-notch. The owners were friendly and helpful. Breakfast A+ and meals of the day were also excellent.

Η διαμονή στο Holmen Husky είναι μια εμπειρία μακριά από τη διαμονή σε ένα συνηθισμένο ξενοδοχείο. The place is amazing. It is an husky dogs breeding surrounded with several facilities for the guests. We were received by a super courteous host who showed us around the facility and took us to our rooms (the wood tepees), both rooms were clean, cozy and had a small electric stove running for the night (pillows among the best we found in our trip in Norway). yes, dogs were howling a couple of times during the night, but we slept happily anyway (maybe, as we did, bring with you some travel goggles to cover from light during the night). Breakfast is good, in terms of variety and quality of food, not gigantic but definitely appropriate and satisfactory The host gave us the access to the external fireplace, provided us with wood ecc. so we also enjoyed a couple of hours watching the nature around us. We also had dinner, one of the best quality/price ratio we found in the travel. one mega dish of reindeer, potatoes and veggies. Naturally we had access, together with one person of the staff, to the dogs area ... no words to describe the nice attitude of the animals, the love for cuddles and all the rest, lots of puppies too. Finally, bathroom & showers are shared for the guests but extremely clean and spacious.

This year's theme was the greek pantheon and the sculptures were gorgeous. We stayed in a suit, which is well worth the upgrade. We did many hikes in the area and enjoyed our time here immensely. The staff were helpful and friendly, the food was exceptional, and both the main hotel and the ice hotel are stunning. The staff even let us know when northern lights were out! Thank you all for such a memorable stay.
