Offering an indoor pool and a fitness centre, Avani Metropolis Auckland Residences is 400 metres from Auckland Art Gallery and 400 metres from Skycity Auckland Convention Centre. Location is perfect thinking about the price. Room is big and clean. Amenities in the room are what expected. SPA and Pool are a nice addition to the staying. The view is amazing. The location is perfect, close to the CBD.

Wonderful stay, staff fantastic. Beautiful new hotel. Bed was comfortable, pillows amazing, shower was huge. Big towels that actually wrap around your body for bigger people. Lovely handwash, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Lots of eating places a short walk away. Nothing negative to say about this hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

What a beautiful property! The bed was extremely comfortable with beautiful and soft linens. Everything we needed was there, soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, towels for makeup removal, towels for showers and for the beach. Although we did not use the robes they were provided. This place is right in town and easy access to shops, breakfast, dinner and the Matakana Saturday Market which was a lot of fun! Wonderful A+ Host.

Highly recommend staying here.

They are so nice, always trying to make your stay the more comfortable. They bring the afternoon tea and breakfast to our room, everything was delicious. The weekend we went the weather was rainy, so we couldn’t enjoy a lot, so we’re going to come back and stay again here! (There is a jacuzzi that you can book)
